BeforeJD reviews a contract with a multi-agent council: specialized agents that work in sequence to extract the structure, interpret the risk, and challenge each other's conclusions. You get a prioritized report in plain English, with specific negotiation language you can use right away. It identifies nine in ten material contract risks.

BeforeJD Desktop is a real Mac app, not a browser tab.

HOW IT WORKS
Open a contract as a PDF or a Word document. The council finds the material risks, calibrates them to your role and to the contract type, and returns a personal reference guide, a full analysis memorandum, your original contract, and a redlined copy.
Analyses are validated against real agreements drawn from public filings. The multi-agent architecture is patent pending.
