CareBoard is a family care organizer for families and unpaid caregivers coordinating care. Keep routines, appointments, notes, tasks, photos and handoffs in one shared place, so everyone can see what happened and what needs to be done next.
Eligible new subscribers can start with a 7-day free trial. A monthly auto-renewable subscription applies afterward. A subscription lets you create and manage up to 3 CareBoards. People invited to someone else’s CareBoard can join without their own subscription. Pricing varies by App Store region.

When another caregiver is taking over, CareBoard can bring together information already recorded during the day into a clear care handoff.

Previously opened CareBoards can remain available when you’re offline. Supported Notes, Circle Chat, appointments, outings, reminders and photos remain available, with supported changes shared when CareBoard reconnects.
CareBoard is built for real family life. It can help parents coordinate routines and appointments, families coordinate care for a relative, or unpaid caregivers support someone who needs ongoing assistance.
You do not need to think of yourself as a “caregiver” to use CareBoard. If several people need to know what is happening, what needs to be done and what has already happened, CareBoard gives you one calm shared place to keep track of it.
CareBoard is not monitored, is not a medical record and is not an emergency service. Medication photos are for reference only. In an emergency, call 911.
