Qafilaa is a safety companion for group motorcycle expeditions through remote, low-signal terrain - Leh-Ladakh, Spiti, Nepal and beyond.
WHY QAFILAA
On a long mountain ride the danger isn't only the road, it's being out of contact. Qafilaa keeps the whole group aware of each other, and makes sure that if a rider goes down, help reaches them fast - even where there is no cell signal.

- Live convoy map - every rider's position in real time, with "live" and "last-known" always clearly distinguished, so you never mistake a stale dot for a moving rider.
- Left-behind detection - an alert when a rider drops out of the group.
- Rally points - a pre-agreed meeting spot everyone can navigate to when communication breaks down.
IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
- Automatic crash detection - on-device motion sensing spots a hard impact and starts an SOS countdown you can cancel, so a pothole doesn't call out the cavalry.
- One-tap SOS - press and hold to alert your crew and your emergency contacts with your last-known location.
- Medical card - blood group, allergies and conditions, ready for whoever reaches you first.

WHY QAFILAA ASKS FOR BACKGROUND LOCATION
Qafilaa collects location data to show your live position on the crew map, to detect a crash and raise an SOS, and to warn the crew if you fall behind - even when the app is closed or not in use. Background collection runs only while you are on a trip. Your location is shared with the riders on that trip, and during an SOS with your emergency contacts. It is never used for advertising and never sold.
