NEW: log sets you didn't film. Keep weight, reps and RPE, then film only the sets you're unsure about - and the rest timer now lives on your Lock Screen. RepScope is a gym log that can also score your form. Log weight, reps and RPE in seconds - no filming needed. When a set feels off, film that one from the side: RepScope reads your skeleton frame by frame, counts your reps and tells you exactly what to fix, all on your iPhone. Your video is never uploaded anywhere. ■ How it works Logging a set takes seconds and needs no video. To check your form: 1. Film a set from the side (or head-on for squats) 2. Apple's Vision framework reads your joints and counts your reps 3. Angles, bar path and tempo are checked against per-lift rules 4. You get a score out of 100, what to fix, and skeleton playback ■ What it checks Squat: depth, torso pitching forward on the way up, bouncing out of the bottom, excessive forward lean, tempo Bench Press: bar depth at the chest, bouncing the bar off the chest, forearm angle, lockout, tempo Deadlift: bar path, hip height at the start, lockout Front Squat: depth, elbows dropping, torso upright, tempo Romanian Deadlift: knee angle, hinge depth, bar drifting off your legs, tempo Overhead Press: lockout, leaning back, bar stacked over your shoulders, tempo Push-Up: depth, body line (sagging or piked hips), lockout, tempo Pull-Up: how high you pull, swinging for momentum, lowering to a full hang, tempo Squats can also be filmed head-on. Knee cave and left-right differences are invisible from the side. No barbell? Push-ups and pull-ups work at home or at the park. ■ Free The app is free, and there is no account to create. ・Form scoring and specific notes on what to fix ・One thing to focus on in your next set, for every note ・A drill to rebuild the movement, with three steps ・Skeleton view: replay your video with the skeleton drawn on top ・A sample result, to see the scoring before you film ・What your score means (90 or above means no major breakdown) ・How much your score changed from your previous set of the same lift ・A score for every rep, and a share card to post it ・Export your whole log as a CSV ・A weekly goal, with your progress and your streak on the home screen ・Reminders on the days and time you choose (kept on your device) ・Set numbers: average tempo and how consistent it was ・A note when you beat your best score for a lift ・Log weight, reps, set number, RPE and a note - filmed or not ・Calculators: bar loading and your estimated 1RM ・How to do each lift: setup, common mistakes, and where to start ・A rest timer for between sets, on your Lock Screen too ・Switch between kg and lb ・A framing check before you record, so nothing is cut off ・Your last three training days ・The exact thresholds behind each judgement, on the results screen If your form starts to break down mid-set, we also tell you which rep it started on. ■ RepScope Pro ・AI coach feedback written from your results and your training history ・Your full history and score trend charts ・Play today's set side by side with an older one, both with the skeleton ・A chart of every rep's score, showing where your form gives out ・Weekly and monthly reports with total volume and recurring notes ・Video export with the skeleton burned in ・A training calendar showing which days you trained Note: the AI coach only receives numbers and the app's own text notes. Your video is never sent. Your records sync across your devices through your own iCloud. No one else, including the developer, can see them. ■ Please note ・This analysis is training reference information estimated from video. It is not medical advice. ・Filming from directly to the side is required. The app guides you through it. The subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Cancel anytime in the Settings app → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. A rep that just missed and a rep that broke down badly no longer score the same ・Scores from this version on move more than before. Older records keep the score they were saved with, so you may see a step in the progress graph Fixes. ・Leaving the results screen for another tab and coming back could analyze the same video again and save a second copy of the record ・Settings now has "Tidy up duplicate records" to clear copies already saved ・Exercise names were shown twice in English
