Punctual puts an unmissable countdown to your next meeting right under the menu bar. At your chosen lead time a countdown box appears — a minimal clock, an airport split-flap board, or a retro flip clock — and stays until you clear it, snooze it, or click the meeting link, which opens your call directly (Zoom and Teams can open in their native apps). Miss the start and the clock turns red, counts up, and keeps chiming until you act. A drawer expands to the full meeting notes with live links, in-person meetings show a map of where you are headed, and back-to-back calls can never hide each other. Filter noisy calendars, pick your calendars, and place the countdown where you want it. Works with every calendar your Mac knows: iCloud, Google, Microsoft 365, Exchange.
