Track headaches, migraines, aura, medicines, triggers, weather and patterns in a private diary that stays under your control.
Headmon is a private headache and migraine diary designed to keep sensitive records under your control.
No account is required, and the app has no advertising, third-party analytics or developer-operated cloud diary.
It is your data, your choice.
Record what happened:
- Headache, migraine and aura-only episodes
- Timing, severity, symptoms, notes and stress
- Medicines, doses, effects and possible triggers
- Pain-free and skipped days
- Optional photos and local weather context
See the bigger picture:
- Week and month calendar views
- Headache-free and migraine-free streaks
- Trigger, medicine, timing and weather patterns
- PDF reports and self-assessment summaries
- CSV, calendar and complete backup exports
Headmon also supports reminders, widgets, Live Activities, Control Center, Shortcuts and Siri. Optional low-stimulation mode and migraine auto-dim make the app gentler to use during an episode.
Your working diary is stored on your device. Complete and calendar backups let you keep a private copy or move data between Android and iOS without a Headmon cloud service. Complete backups can include photos and weather history.
Optional weather requests send approximate coordinates to Open-Meteo. Diary content is never included in those requests.
Headmon is an informational diary and pattern-viewing tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition and is not a replacement for professional medical advice or emergency care.
