Your restaurant reservations are still made under your full name, so the table is under your name when you walk in. - Set your home city from anywhere. Signing up while you're traveling no longer pins you to wherever your phone happens to be. Pick the city you live in, and it sticks. IMPROVED - A new look. A deeper, richer purple runs through the app, and buttons, tabs and selected states are far easier to pick out at a glance. - Names that say what they mean. Ask to join someone's table with Pull Up a Chair, and ask someone out with Break Bread. - Search further. The restaurant distance filter now stretches to 30 miles, and Discovery starts there too. - Discovery follows you. Restaurants and foodies are both shown from where you actually are. - Clearer avatar errors. If your cartoon avatar can't be created, you get a plain-English explanation and a short reference code to quote if you get in touch. FIXED - The keyboard no longer covers the field you're typing in, on any screen — including your bio and prompts — and every screen with a text box can close it again. - Voice notes send and play reliably. - Tapping a new-message notification opens your messages, unread conversations are bold, and the badge counts every unread message. - Newly added restaurants appear straight away instead of a day later. - People you've passed on, matched with or blocked stay out of Discovery. - The map's distance dial matches the area it actually covers, and the map scrolls properly. - Your occupation shows on your profile, and Favorites opens the full profile. - Screens that could leave you with no way back now always let you out. - Personalized restaurant picks are working again. - The app tour describes the right gesture for voice notes. - Settings shows the correct app version.

NEW CITIES - me-n-u now books tables in six cities: Atlanta, Seattle, San Diego, New Haven, Philadelphia and Augusta, GA. Philadelphia arrives with hundreds of restaurants, from Center City out to the Main Line and across the bridges into South Jersey. IMPROVED - The keyboard always has a way out. Every screen with a text field now lets you swipe or tap to put the keyboard away, so the button you were reaching for is never stuck underneath it. - Settings shows the version you're actually running, which makes it easier for us to help when you get in touch. FIXED - Icebreakers, in-chat tips and taste-based restaurant suggestions had gone quiet. They're back. - Fixes and improvements now reach you inside the app, instead of waiting on a store update.

The sign-in screen says so, and "Create one" is where you'd actually look for it. - Your verification email arrives as the 8-digit code the app asks for. - Discovery filters stay where you set them when you leave and come back. - Notifications land on the right screen and clear the badge, including from a closed app. - Photos tell you when they're being checked. - Changing your main photo explains what that means before it happens, not after. - Deleting your account works, and tells you when it's done. FIXED - The dice roll always lets go. It dims the background, lands in the middle of the screen, and has a close button from the first frame. - A blank profile after signing in now retries instead of leaving you stuck. - Adding a third profile prompt no longer overwrites one of the first two. - A new main photo updates everywhere: chat, matches and your foodies list. - The "foodies with a reservation" count shows on every restaurant, including search results. - Nobody is labelled "Romantic" by default.
