SubDesk Binder

Substitute Day Packets

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Build reusable classroom profiles and generate substitute-teacher day packets in seconds. Local-first storage, no account needed. SubDesk Binder builds substitute-teacher day packets fast, so you spend less time preparing and more time teaching. Create a reusable Classroom Profile once — schedule, instructions, seating chart, resources, and emergency contacts — then generate a new Substitute Day Packet from it in seconds. When your profile changes, SubDesk Binder flags any packet built from the old version and walks you through a clear Clone / Merge / Conflict review instead of silently overwriting your work. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Build and reuse Classroom Profiles for every class you teach • Generate a new Substitute Day Packet from a profile in seconds • Keep schedule, instructions, seating, resources, and contacts organized in one place • Review and merge profile updates into existing packets — never lose track of a change • Redact sensitive student or contact details before sharing a packet • Export a clean, print-ready PDF for the substitute's desk • Back up, restore, and import your data — everything is stored locally on your device • Works on iPhone and iPad, including full iPad layouts WHY LOCAL-FIRST Your packets and profiles are stored on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. There's no account to create and no sign-in required — open the app and start building. SUBDESK BINDER PRO Try the app free with a limited number of active packets. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited packets: • Pro Monthly — auto-renewing monthly subscription • Pro Yearly — auto-renewing yearly subscription • Pro Lifetime — a one-time purchase, not a subscription Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. Manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your Apple Account settings. Restore Purchases is available on the Settings screen.
