From the first quote to the final invoice — one system your whole crew actually uses. Built in Canada, priced in CAD. OhmDesk runs a trade contracting business from the first quote to the final invoice — built for electrical, plumbing, HVAC and renovation shops that have outgrown spreadsheets. FOR THE OFFICE • Quotes your customers approve from their phone — no printing, no chasing • Jobs, work orders and a schedule board that shows who's free at a glance • Three ways to bill, because that's how contracting actually works: one-shot service invoices, time & materials, and monthly progress billing against a schedule of values — with holdback withheld and released properly • Hours flow from the crew's clock-ins straight onto timesheets, payroll and T&M invoices. Nothing gets lost between the truck and the books. • Sage 50 general-journal export your bookkeeper can import without a fight FOR THE CREW • Clock in and out from the truck — GPS-stamped, and it works with no signal (punches sync when coverage returns) • Today's jobs with the site address, gate codes and tasks • Site safety forms (FLHA) with signatures, filled in before the work starts • Job photos straight into the job file FOR THE OWNER • Overtime rules that match how trades actually pay: weekly thresholds, after-hours and call-out multipliers, on-call premiums, banked hours • Approve invoices before they go out; see what's unbilled before it's old • Switch off the modules you don't use — the app your crew sees is only what your company does OhmDesk is built in Canada, priced in CAD, and works in a two-truck shop or a twenty-person crew. Accounts are created by your company — download the app and sign in with the login your office gives you.
