BreatheEasy is a behavior-support app for adults who want to quit smoking. Quickly log each cigarette, understand daily and weekly patterns, and follow a reduction plan toward becoming smoke-free.
Log quantity, triggers, mood, and situation; backfill or edit history; set a baseline, quit date, and daily targets; use a 60-second craving exercise and safety-bounded coach; sign in for cross-device sync; participate under a random community alias; estimate savings from your own pack price; and read bilingual content with WHO, CDC, and NHS sources.
Online AI receives the current message and minimal same-day metrics only after sign-in and explicit consent. Emergency input is handled locally first, and cloud failure safely falls back to the local coach. Community never displays email, exact smoking quantity, household details, or location. There are no ads or cross-app tracking.
Auto-renewable Pro subscriptions provide more cloud AI usage. Price, period, and trial appear before purchase. Core tracking, reduction tools, and the local safety coach do not require Pro.
BreatheEasy does not diagnose, treat, recommend medication, or guarantee cessation. Cutting down does not make continued smoking safe. Family-protection events and points are behavioral feedback, not quantified child harm, toxin dose, or disease risk. Contact local emergency services for urgent symptoms.
