Open Today each day for a Daily Pin: one shared color challenge, one guess, a target reveal, a daily leaderboard, and a streak to build. Optional alerts let you know when the next pin is ready.
Pin the Hex also gives you nine ways to practice and compete. Match a target swatch in Color, turn a six-digit RGB code into color in Hex, or choose Colleges, NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, Food, or Brands for a named official-color challenge.
The categorized catalog contains 300 prompts across 269 familiar names: 68 colleges, every current NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL team, 34 food and drink brands, and 43 other household brands. Each category has its own personal best, Game Center leaderboard, and PVP matchmaking pool. Organization challenges use a target-aware hue-family field that contains the exact official hex.
Pin the Hex also turns precise color matching into a live race. Jump into fast 2–4 seat Game Center matches, with five seconds to pin the same challenge. Share Pin the Hex with friends from the lobby, reveal every guess on the field, follow the round and overall standings, and build your persistent multiplayer rating.
Every solo game has five attempts scored from 0–100, for a perfect total of 500. Share a polished color card after any solo attempt, or share the full five-color score card from Results.

Pin the Hex is free to play and includes advertising outside active attempts. A one-time in-app purchase removes banner and between-game ads permanently. Brand and organization names are the property of their respective owners.
