LensSweep gives you a structured way to inspect an unfamiliar room using signals your iPhone can observe—without creating an account or uploading room imagery. FOUR INDEPENDENT INSPECTION TOOLS • Optical scan highlights bright, stable reflection candidates in the live camera view. Every candidate still needs visual verification. • Nearby scan reviews Bonjour service advertisements on the local network and foreground Bluetooth Low Energy advertisements. Device names and metadata are self-advertised and do not prove what a device is. • Magnetic field meter shows relative changes after a local calibration. Metal, magnets, electronics, wiring, cases, appliances, movement, and phone orientation can all affect the reading. • Room guide walks you through power sources, sight lines, and common places that deserve a closer physical check. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Processing happens on your device. • No account, advertising, analytics, or tracking. • No automatic upload. • Camera frames and continuous magnetic readings are not saved in report history. • Save or export a text report only when you choose. • Delete report history at any time. EXPLAINABLE RESULTS LensSweep keeps optical candidates, nearby advertisements, magnetic measurements, and checklist observations separate. It does not hide disagreement inside a single risk score. Saved reports explain what was observed, where the information came from, and what you can check next. IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS LensSweep is an inspection aid, not a safety certification. A reflection, nearby advertisement, or magnetic-field change is not proof of a hidden camera. Offline, wired, silent, concealed, or remote-network devices may not appear. A clean scan cannot prove that a room is camera-free. If you have a serious safety concern, do not rely on an app alone. Leave the area when appropriate and contact the property operator or relevant local authority.
