GhostLink: Location Sharing
Encrypted GPS Friend Tracker
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Share your location. Leave no trace
GhostLink is a private location-sharing app that helps friends, family, and trusted connections find each other without requiring phone numbers, email accounts, social logins, or an unnecessarily detailed autobiography.
Whether you’re meeting friends, checking that someone arrived safely, coordinating a trip, or locating the one person who said “I’m almost there” twenty minutes ago, GhostLink gives you a simple private map for sharing GPS location.
WHY GHOSTLINK?
• Private location sharing
Send encrypted location updates only to people you choose.
• Live GPS map
View trusted connections and recent movement on a clean, easy-to-read map.
• Location trails
See where someone recently traveled, with adjustable trail durations.
• Privacy radius
Share an approximate location instead of your exact coordinates. Close enough to meet up,
not close enough to identify your favorite couch cushion.
• Expiring connections
Location sharing can end automatically instead of becoming a permanent digital houseplant
nobody remembers watering.
• No phone number or email
Your cryptographic identity is created on your device. A username helps friends find you
without turning GhostLink into another social network.
• Recovery phrase
Restore your identity using a private recovery phrase—no “forgot password?” email
required.
GhostLink is useful as a friend tracker, family locator, travel companion, meetup map, safety check-in tool, private GPS tracker, and encrypted location-sharing app.
Your location is personal. Share it deliberately, temporarily, and with fewer awkward group-chat directions.
