Cleaning ops for rentals
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Manage cleanings, schedules, time off, maintenance and bookings for your short-term rentals — and see the live status of every house on your phone and tablet.
OneTapHost 2.0 is the operations app for short-term rentals and holiday homes. It brings today's cleanings, the week's planning, reservations, the team, maintenance and the live status of every house to your phone and tablet — for managers and cleaning staff alike.
FEATURES
• Today — the houses with a check-out, who cleans them, the time they must be ready and their live status (occupied, needs cleaning, cleaning, ready).
• Planning — the week's turnovers as a list or grid, assignment by shift or by period, alerts for houses with nobody assigned.
• Reservations — list and occupancy map per house, imported from iCal calendars (Airbnb, Booking and others). Change a check-out or check-in time from any screen.
• Properties — a file for each house (access, Wi-Fi, notes), groups/complexes and information for the team.
• Maintenance — report problems with photos, urgency and assignee; recurring routines; a history with notes visible to the whole team.
• Team — members, weekly availability, time-off, holiday and sick-leave requests with manager approval.
• Taps — the event history of each house (check-in, check-out, cleaning started, house ready) with instant push notifications.
• Optional physical panels — "one tap" buttons installed in the house that record the status without opening the app.
• Reports — cleaning times and punctuality per house.
• 7 languages: English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Dutch.
Accounts are created by the company's manager — there is no public sign-up. The physical panels are optional: the app works fully without hardware.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
Taps feed: a late check-out or early check-in now shows which booking it is (guest and dates) and opens that booking directly. Small fixes.
