See a transparent daily routine score and understand which answers contributed to it. This app-designed score summarizes selected logged habits. Its formula is educational and not medically validated, and it is not a sperm-quality or fertility score.

Follow your current cycle on a clear timeline. Review completed check-ins and place fever, illness, surgery, medication changes, heat exposure, and semen analyses in context without implying cause and effect.
SEMEN ANALYSIS TRACKER
Enter sperm test results manually and keep the original values, units, laboratory reference ranges, dates, notes, and supporting documents together. Compare compatible trends for sperm concentration, motility, and morphology. Results are shown parameter by parameter—never reduced to a misleading universal fertility score.

With your permission, reduce manual entry by importing selected read-only data from Apple Health, including height, weight, steps, exercise, sleep, and logged water. Manual tracking remains available if you do not connect a health service.
PRIVATE AND DISCREET BY DESIGN
Keep your profile, check-ins, analyses, partner details, documents, and AI history locally on your device. Use discreet notifications, export an approved subset of your data, clear AI history, or delete all local data from Settings. When you ask an AI question, only that question is sent for remote processing; your local profile, logs, and analyses are not attached.
