Cameras connect automatically Register up to 3 cameras. Turn one on and it connects on its own, with no need to pick it. Cameras switched on together all receive location at the same time. When your camera connects while the app is in the background, connection status appears on the Lock Screen (iOS 17.2 or later). Pairing now shows the steps for your camera brand first and guides you through each one. Connection quality diagnostics help more cameras pair reliably. The camera brand, model and name and pairing results are sent, never locations or photos, and you can turn it off in Settings.

Review photo locations Tap a photo to check its location on the map. Deselect photos you do not want to save. Originals stay unchanged. Find route recording more easily from Home. Clearer guidance and controls help you record a route, review it on a map, and choose photos for geotagging. On iPhone, a background location reminder helps you review permission and open Settings.

Improved camera connection status, maps and photo geotagging. Added Canon preview and capability checks, plus optional diagnostics to help improve connection reliability.
