Nothing in the app has changed, and nothing has moved. This update adds one thing: a prompt asking whether you would leave a rating. It appears only after the app has been useful on several separate days, never on the day it earns it, and never after something has gone wrong. Dismissing it costs nothing and it will not come back for months.

Corrects the journey map. Some scan locations were placed in the wrong country — a parcel delivered in Watford could appear off the coast of South America. Locations are now matched within the right country, taken from the carrier's own record or from the tracking number itself, and anywhere that cannot be identified with confidence is left off the map rather than guessed at.

This update adds a Refunds section. Every shipment with a refund request on it is gathered in one place — still waiting, refused or settled — with the parcel's own status, carrier, service and label cost beside it. Requesting a refund remains a desktop task; the companion reports on requests already made.

This update corrects the screenshots on this listing. Two of them showed forms for buying insurance and filing a claim, neither of which the app provides — both are handled in the desktop application. Tracking, shipment detail, reports and tariff lookup are unchanged.
