Your relationship with money can change—one small step at a time.
Imali ME Reset is a guided 30-day money confidence programme designed to help you understand your money mindset, face your finances with less fear and make more intentional decisions.
Set aside just 10–15 minutes each day. Every daily session includes:
• Today’s Coaching Insight — practical guidance about money habits, beliefs and confidence
• Pause & Reflect — thoughtful questions with space to write and save your responses
• Confidence Challenge — one small, achievable money action
• Today’s Confidence Win — recognise and celebrate your progress
• Tomorrow’s Promise — an encouraging affirmation for the next step
Throughout the 30-day journey, you’ll learn to:
• Notice the thoughts and beliefs shaping your relationship with money
• Approach your finances with greater awareness and less judgement
• Understand how your values influence your spending
• Make small, intentional money decisions
• Build trust in your ability to manage financial choices
• Replace pressure and perfection with steady progress
• Create a positive vision for your financial future
Complete each day to earn Confidence Coins, unlock the next part of your journey and collect achievement badges along the way. Your written reflections help you see how your thinking and confidence develop
over time.
Imali ME Reset isn’t about having all the answers, earning a certain amount or making perfect financial decisions. It’s about building confidence through awareness, reflection and consistent action.
Start where you are. Take one brave step each day and begin resetting your relationship with money.
Imali ME Reset provides educational coaching and reflection activities and does not offer personalised financial advice.
