Signing in is better: you can now sign in with your Google account directly from the app, alongside Apple and email. The app also keeps you signed in more reliably between sessions, so you don’t have to identify yourself every time. Minor fixes and stability improvements.

Asking about a property or requesting a showing now confirms only once your request has actually gone through, so you know it arrived. If it fails, you can try again without creating a duplicate request. Fixes and improvements.

Sharing a property now sends the clean web link to the listing, without tracking parameters. Internal improvements and fixes.

Creating an account now opens the sign-up form directly. Privacy improvements on the sign-in screens: they no longer load third-party services. If you allow it, we measure how well our ads work. The app works the same if you don't.

You can now switch Google accounts: after signing out and signing back in with Google, the account picker appears so you can choose which account to use. We also fixed sign-out, which in some cases signed you back into the previous account.

Photo slider improvements on property cards: it now always settles on a full photo instead of stopping halfway between two. The app is also ready to receive updates about your showings, saved properties and searches.

Signing in with Google now opens Safari's account picker, so you can choose any account you already use on your phone instead of typing your email every time.

Improvements and fixes in this version: • Visual adjustments on the sign-in screen. • The map panel responds more naturally when moving between the list and the map. • Internal improvements to how contact requests are recorded. • Stability fixes. The app is available in Spanish and English.

• The MexHome logo is now legible on the sign-in screen, where it used to blend into the dark background.

• Smoother map: the results panel drags without sticking and hands off to the property list on its own. • You now need to sign in to browse listings. Use your MexHome account or Google. • Advisor mode: MexHome agents get their agenda, contacts, and deals inside the app. • Destinations follow real inventory: you only see areas where properties are actually available. • Listings sourced from an MLS now show a source notice. • Menu and navigation updated for iOS 26, plus several stability fixes.
