Lunar You is a private, thoughtful period and cycle tracking app designed to provide insights without sacrificing privacy. No tracking, sharing, or selling your personal data. Customize your experience depending on your current stage of life including fertility awareness, general cycle and mood tracking, perimenopause, and post-menopause. This app looks for trends to help you recognize recurring patterns in your mood, energy, symptoms, sleep, and more. Over time you'll begin to see how different phases affect your body and daily life. Screens include calendar view (by date or cycle day), daily tracker, insights to view trends, data (for exports), and settings. Settings allow you to toggle on an off features, input health concerns, and add a pin for security. You can export your complete raw tracking data or an easy-to-read health summary at any time to share with your healthcare provider. If you enjoy connecting with the natural rhythm of the month, you'll see a daily note about the current phase of the moon. This app is designed, built, and maintained by one woman who wanted a better, more respectful way to track menstrual health.
