Update the free Mac app to 1.4. It warns you if its Accessibility permission gets turned off and shows you how to turn it back on, and tells you when AirDrop is making the cursor stutter.

Fixes a freeze on iOS 26 where pressing a key on the Deck could stop Padoo from responding.

Connection help Padoo now tells you when Local Network permission is what is blocking the connection, on the iPhone and on the Mac, and takes you straight to the right Settings screen. Padoo also picks the fastest link on its own: a cable first, then a direct link, then your normal Wi-Fi. The Mac app The Mac app now updates itself, and checks the signature on every update before it installs. If the two ends are on versions that do not match, Padoo says what is missing and which one to update.

Trackpad dock Five apps of your choosing, on an edge you pick, arranged per orientation. The dock shows which of them are running. Drag an app onto a deck key or a dock slot to put it there. Connection Padoo now reports the route it actually took, so an iPhone on Wi-Fi is no longer described as Wired Ethernet. A Mac that refuses a connection is no longer dialled again and again. TRACKPAD Pinch to zoom, and a smoother scroll that follows your fingers instead of chasing them. The cursor now moves on Apple's own acceleration curve, transcribed rather than guessed, so it should feel like the trackpad you already own. Six looks to choose from on the Mac, worn by the phone. Hold to drag, without the click. Press and hold past the threshold and the drag begins, with three short pulses so you know it took. Three-finger swipe now opens Exposé. DECK The deck turns pages. Four grids of fifteen behind one swipe. Keys for OBS scenes, for anyone who streams. The tile for whatever app is in front now shows itself, and there is an ON AIR state when you are live. The glass moves with the phone as you tilt it. CONNECTION Sessions now prefer the cable when one is there, and fall back on their own when it isn't. Paired Macs dial themselves, so coming back to your desk should just reconnect. The phone can send at sixty when you'd rather it did, chosen on the Mac. An optional cover for short wireless dropouts, off by default, so a blackout mid-swipe doesn't throw the pointer.
