MeetNotes turns any in-person meeting into clean, shareable minutes. Put your phone on the table, tap record, and get back to the conversation. When the meeting ends, MeetNotes writes everything down for you:

- Decisions that were made
- Action items with owners and due dates
- A polished PDF you can share over chat or email
WHY MEETNOTES
- No hardware needed. Your phone's microphone is enough for a normal meeting room.
- Speaker separation. MeetNotes tells you who said what. Rename Speaker 1 to a real name once and it updates everywhere, including the PDF.
- Works in your language. Meetings are transcribed in the language actually spoken, including mixed languages.
- Nothing to set up. Open the app and record — no account needed to start. Sign in with Apple, Google, or an email code whenever you want your meetings kept safe across devices.
- Self mode. Not just meetings: talk to yourself and MeetNotes becomes your voice journal or diary — it sorts your thoughts into to-dos, reminders, ideas and notes.
- Your recordings are safe. If an upload fails, the recording stays on your phone until you are back online. Deleting a meeting deletes it from our servers too.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Tap Record meeting and place the phone near the middle of the table.
2. Tap Finish when you are done.
3. In about a minute you get the transcript, summary, decisions and action items.
4. Share the PDF with everyone who was there - and everyone who was not.
MeetNotes is for standups, client meetings, site visits, interviews, lectures, board meetings, personal voice notes and journaling - every conversation you do not want to write up by hand.
Please be considerate: laws about recording conversations vary by place - ask participants before recording.
SUBSCRIPTIONS & MINUTE PACKS
MeetNotes Pro plans are auto-renewable subscriptions: Lite Monthly (300 minutes per month), Pro Monthly (1,000 minutes per month) and Pro Yearly (12,000 minutes per year). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same price and period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings. Plan minutes reset each period and do not carry over. You can also buy one-time minute packs that never expire - no subscription needed.
