This app is built for one thing: diabetes management. It is not a general pet health record and not an appointment book — it is the measurements, the treatment and what you notice day to day, in a form your vet can read.

Pro adds unlimited pets, sharing, the vet report as a PDF and the long view — 30 days or any range you pick. $6.99 per month or $44.99 per year. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends; manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
