Nurse, police or factory shifts? Add your rota once and see when you're both off. Shifts, plans and groceries in one shared calendar, free for two.
For couples who work shifts. Each of you adds your rota once, and you both see in one calendar who's working, who's off and which days you're both off: no more asking, no more photos of the rota.
And the household stuff too: shopping, chores, notes and trips, always the same on both phones.
WORK SHIFTS
Set up your shifts with their colour and their pattern (rotating ones included) and the calendar fills itself in. Changing a single day is one gesture, not a rebuild of the whole pattern. If you both work shifts, each of you has your own and you see them side by side.
A GENUINELY SHARED CALENDAR
Month, fortnight, week and day views. What one of you creates shows up on the other's phone in seconds, with nothing to refresh. And it keeps working with no signal: it syncs when you are back.
YOUR OTHER CALENDARS, INSIDE
Bring in the calendars you already have on your iPhone — iCloud, work, or the Google and Outlook ones you have set up in Settings — and see your usual events next to the group's. One for free, up to five with InSync Pro. You decide which ones are shared and which stay yours.
LISTS AND ERRANDS
A shopping list sorted by supermarket, tasks with someone assigned to them, and notes with checklists. Tick things off from either phone.
TRIPS
Plan the trip day by day: journeys, accommodation, itinerary and whatever attachments you need, in the same place as the rest of the calendar.
WIDGET AND SIRI
Home screen widgets: today and this week, free; the month, four weeks and the shopping list, with InSync Pro. And you can ask Siri what you have on today without opening the app.
ALERTS
Reminders for your events, and a heads-up when the other person adds or changes something. Events you import from other calendars never trigger notifications.
PRIVACY
Your data belongs to you and to the people you share the calendar with. No ads and no selling your data. We only count, anonymously, which parts of the app get used. You can delete your account from inside the app.
INSYNC PRO
The essentials are free: the shared calendar, the shifts, the shopping list, the errands, the today and this-week widgets, and one trip, one note and one list. With InSync Pro: up to 6 people in the group (shifts for two of them), 5 external calendars, 100 trips, 500 notes and 500 lists, 500 MB for attachments, 10 shift styles and the month, four-week and shopping list widgets. It is a monthly or yearly subscription; the yearly one starts with a free trial, and you see how long it lasts before you subscribe. The subscription renews itself unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends; you can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. No ads and no data selling on either plan.

Ratings & Reviews
This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
New:
• Siri: "What's my shift on Friday?", "When are we both off?", "What's left on the shopping list?"; and add to the shopping list or create an event by voice. Plus InSync buttons for Control Center.
• InSync comes to Apple Watch: your shift and your partner's on the watch face, the next days, the shopping list to tick off and add to from your wrist, and Siri: "What do I have today?", "When are we both off?".
• Choose which day the week starts on (Settings › Calendar): the calendar and the widgets follow it.
• New medium "Fortnight" widget: this week and next, with each day's shifts and events.
• 24-hour shifts: turn on "Lasts 24 hours" on the shift type and the shift counts its 24 hours.
• When you change a shift, your own shifts come first; everyone else's are under "More shifts in the group".
• Notes, redesigned: cards, what's left to do next to the title, and search at the bottom.
• Dark and tinted app icon for the Home Screen.
• Tapping a calendar widget opens the app on today, without opening any day's menu.
Fixes:
• With larger text, shifts fit in their day in the widgets.
• The widget sometimes stopped updating after adding something until you swiped the month again.
• Trip, leg and stop dates no longer change when you save them.
