Three weeks at once The clock now runs honestly: while a puzzle is open, your time keeps running — even if you leave the app. Thinking breaks up to 45 seconds are free; after that the time out kicks in. New: add friends and challenge them directly, with their own area for invitations and duels. Also: a page with the reporting contact, the support period and the EU Declaration of Conformity, reachable from your profile — plus many improvements to rankings, streaks and presentation.

• New weekly best time? Now celebrated properly, with confetti for a new all-time best. • Free play no longer counts toward best times (no penalty timing there – wouldn't be comparable). • Mistakes cost you and your practice opponent exactly the same time, every step. • Towers: the rules now show a picture example in the help menu too, not just text.

• Hints now explain WHY: the cursor moves to a cell you can decide right away, and the numbers ruling out every other option light up. Tap again to reveal the answer. • From 6 September: mistakes in Futoshiki medium and hard cost far less time. Until now a single mistake decided the duel. • Towers: a wrong entry now also nudges the clue numbers of that row and column. • Invitations: names show correctly in the dialog again. • Steadier start: the app no longer waits indefinitely for stored data on launch, and a display error now shows an explanatory notice instead of an empty area. • Sharing now works reliably on iPad, too.

• NEW: Towers, our fourth discipline! Numbers become tower heights – the clues around the grid tell you how many towers you can see from there. Available as a daily, in free play and in ranked duels, in three difficulties. • Duel replay: you can now watch your opponent's route too – or compare both side by side. • The app starts faster and no longer needs the network for its fonts, which also fixes the most frequent crash. • Sudoku+ stays completely free – have fun puzzling!
