Roost is the challenge alarm for heavy sleepers who can turn off an alarm before they are fully awake.
Set one alarm. When it rings, complete a wake-up challenge—such as movement, math, memory, photo, barcode, drawing, or typing—before it stops. Roost can then follow up with wake checks to help you avoid drifting back to sleep.
