One person starts a story. A stranger writes the next chapter. When it ends, the whole thing gets illustrated. Read them, or write the chapter no one saw coming. Every story on Jurnaly is written by strangers, one chapter at a time. Someone writes the opening. Someone else writes chapter two. You might write chapter three. Nobody knows where it ends up. Including the person who started it. Most are still being written, which means the ending hasn't been decided yet. EVERY CHAPTER IS ILLUSTRATED Not just a cover. Every chapter has its own artwork, drawn for that moment in the story, with the characters looking the same from the first page to the last. The entire story gets fully illustrated once the story is complete. WRITE ONE CHAPTER You don't have to commit to a novel. Pick any story, claim the next chapter, write it, and hand it on to whoever comes next. One chapter is all it takes. A READER BUILT FOR IT Turn pages with a real page curl. See how far a story has come, who wrote which chapter, and how close it is to an ending. FIND THE ONE YOU WANT Browse by category, or search the whole library by title, character or setting. Favourite the stories you want to come back to, and rate the chapters that surprised you. FOLLOW THE WRITERS Comment on chapters, follow the writers whose work you like, and get a notification when a story you contributed to is finished. SHARE IT AND SEE WHAT THEY DO Send a story to whoever you think should write the next chapter.
