iPhone
Eight dice on one glowing dial, simple and intuitive layout. Lay the phone flat and turn tabletop mode on to aim the roll at the players across the table.
A dice roller made to sit on the table with you.
Dice Builder is one screen of eight dice: d3, d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, d20, d100 on a single glowing dial. Tap one for a quick roll. Switch to builder mode and assemble the pool you actually need, twenty dice and a modifier, then roll it. No menus to dig through mid-combat.
TABLETOP MODE
Most dice apps assume one person looking at one phone. Turn on tabletop mode and the phone lies flat in the middle of the table: the dial rotates to face whoever needs it, and a mirrored results bar reads right-side up to the players across from you. Tap the control to turn the wheel, hold it to choose the step. Turn it off and everything comes back around to you.
THE ROLLS YOUR TABLE ALREADY MAKES
Dice Builder is specifically designed for you to create complex build outs of multiple dice combinations sprinkled with an ensemble of modifiers. Save them, name them, see their usages.
- Keep highest or lowest: advantage, disadvantage, 4d6 keep high 3
- Reroll dice at or below a threshold, once or until they behave
- Exploding dice: once, chained, or compounding
- Success counting for dice-pool systems
- Modifiers that show themselves, active rules ride the hub as lit badges
SAVE THE ROLL YOU MAKE FORTY TIMES A NIGHT
Name a build, file it in a group, re-arm it in two taps. Two builds can hold the same dice and still be different things, so your two 8d6 spells keep their
own names and their own history. Some pre-assembled builds are already there when you install, including Advantage, Stat Roll and Percentile.
IT REMEMBERS
A running roll log with break points and subtotals, so a long fight stays readable, and historical steps of undo and redo for when it doesn't.
MADE OF EMBER AND LIGHT
Built for the pocket sized screen, not a mimic of physical dice. Ember line work on near-black, drawn as light rather than shape. A torch burns at the hub until the dice are rolled. Dice land one at a time, however many you trigger. The whole app ignites from a single spark when you open it. All of it respects Reduce Motion, and the content type scales to S, M or L without ever shrinking the dial.
