Add the widget and a fresh cat photo turns up throughout your day. No notifications, nothing to tap, nothing to keep up with — just a quiet moment whenever you happen to glance at your phone. In the app any photo becomes something you can look into: a real-time depth effect separates the cat from its background, so dragging a finger across the screen shifts the perspective and the picture gains real depth. It runs entirely on your device. Every photo is a public post from the cat community on Mastodon, screened before it reaches you, and each one links back to its original post so you can find the person who took it.
