BreathGarden:VerdantPause is an iOS app designed for breath relaxation and visual companionship. We believe that every deep breath plants a seed in your mind. Through simple, pressure-free breathing exercises, you gradually unlock and collect a variety of plants, building your own peaceful garden.
In BreathGarden:VerdantPause, you can choose from several scientifically-informed breathing patterns: the 4-7-8 breath for sleep, box breathing for balance, coherent breathing at 5.5 seconds for stability, and a fully customizable rhythm. Every completed breathing session adds strength to your garden. When your cumulative practice reaches a certain number of sessions, a new plant quietly blooms and joins your personal collection.
We refuse to create anxiety. BreathGarden:VerdantPause does not impose streaks, does not punish absence, and unlocked plants never wither or disappear. You can practice at your own pace, and your progress continues from where you left off. There are no voice-guided distractions, no concerns about copyrighted external music—just a pure circular breathing animation, gentle haptic feedback, and a garden that grows with your breath.
The app provides daily and weekly breathing statistics to help you understand your practice habits. The breath effect tracker lets you record your relaxation level before and after each session, helping you discover the breathing pattern that works best for you. The soundscape feature uses locally generated white noise, rain, wind, ocean waves, campfire, and forest sounds to deepen immersion while fully protecting your privacy.
