Varko isn't another workout logger: it's a coach that builds your sessions FOR you, and tells you the truth.
YOUR PROGRAM, NOT A PROGRAM
Set your goal (muscle, strength, fat loss, wellness…), your real equipment (full gym, a few machines, or nothing at all), your level and your available time. Varko generates a balanced weekly program, muscle group by muscle group, in a session order that makes sense: big lifts first.
AN HONEST COACH
When 30 minutes isn't enough to cover every muscle group, Varko says so instead of promising the impossible. Every program is scored on its real quality, with explained improvement points. Declared an injury or sensitive area? Risky exercises get replaced.
DURING YOUR WORKOUT
Guided sessions with weights suggested from your history, rest timer (adjustable sound and vibration), personal records detected, screen that stays awake while you train.
YOUR PROGRESS, MEASURED
Full history, per-muscle statistics, fitness score, body weight and measurements tracking. Import your history from Strong or Hevy in one step.
YOUR DATA IS YOURS
Varko works on your phone first. No ads, no tracking, no data selling. No sign-up: your workouts are saved through an anonymous account, with no email and no password, and you can delete everything with one button, in the app.
