What you get:
• A recipe in seconds – Describe what you feel like, or enter your ingredients (even by photo). You get a gentle, fitting recipe, matched to your profile.
• Scan the menu – Photograph the menu at the restaurant and see at a glance which dishes may be better tolerated, where to be cautious, and what contains your excluded ingredients. Multi-page menus too.
• Discover – Curated, reflux-aware recipes for everyday inspiration.
• Save – Your favorites always at hand.

Privacy first:
• No account, no sign-up — start right away.
• Your triggers, allergies and intolerances stay on your iPhone.
• For suggestions we send only neutral cooking constraints (e.g. "lactose-free", "no tomato") — no name, no identifier. Photos are discarded after analysis.
Free to start, Premium when you need it:
• Free: curated recipes, one personal recipe and one menu analysis to try.
• Premium: unlimited personal recipes and menu help — cancel anytime.

Reflux Kitchen Premium is an auto-renewable subscription (weekly €4.99 or 6 months €29.99). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
