VetCamps is the map for military FamCamps and military camping, built for veterans, service members, and families who actually pull a trailer onto base. Find 230+ FamCamps and MWR campgrounds plus 5,000+ Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), National Park, National Forest, BLM, and state park campgrounds across the United States.
KNOW THE GATE BEFORE YOU GET THERE
Most camping apps stop at a pin and a phone number. VetCamps adds gate and access detail where we have verified it: primary gates, Visitor Control Center, hours, and big rig approach notes, so you are not improvising at the guard shack with 40 feet of trailer behind you.
WHAT YOU GET

This app is very well designed. Compared to other similar apps, this app has much more detailed information about campsites that is up to date. The developer is very responsive and stays on top of making sure campground information is accurate. I like the fact that this app keeps a log of my journeys when I check in. I love the customizable map to keep track of where I’ve been.
Probably the most data camp app

If you want to know details and have a slick interface to see what camp grounds offer - this is your app. Very responsive developer, amazing amounts of detail and as a retired military veteran- great details of military and government operated camp sites. I wish more apps had this level of detail and information. Simply the best!
Awesome VetCamp App

I have to say this is one of few apps that actually works like it was designed and has been awesome to use. Development was well executed and the developer himself has been very responsive , helpful and supportive in the very few times I’ve been stuck or a small tweak was needed.Strongly recommend!!
Great Resource

I highly recommend the VetCamps app for military and veteran-only campgrounds! The creator is very attentive and responds quickly to questions and feedback. The information provided for each campground is extremely detailed and informative, making it easy to learn about the parks and plan your stay. The more veterans and military families who participate and contribute, the better this app will become. It’s a great resource for our military and veteran camping community!Highly recommend checking it out and supporting this app!
