Give yourself a reason to come back Earn XP for completed reps, build your daily streak, and look back at your workout history. Add a Pacey Home Screen widget to keep your streak in view. Choose what to work on Explore the muscle map and tap a muscle group to add a matching exercise to your workout. Keep going with friends Follow friends, see their completed workouts, and send a reaction when they show up. Some days, seeing a friend finish is the nudge you need to start.
