Fluid Frontier is a real fluid dynamics simulation you can touch. Drag a finger through the dark and colour flows, curls, and settles the way real ink and smoke do. Leave it alone and it keeps breathing on its own, with quiet phases and lively ones, like weather. Fluid Frontier also runs on Mac computers with Apple silicon, where you stir the water with your mouse or trackpad. EIGHT MOODS, EACH A DIFFERENT PHYSICS Silk: graceful ribbons that follow your hand Smoke: incense columns rising and curling Ink: slow drops blooming in still water Nebula: cosmic clouds stirred by turbulence Tide: a rolling current that crosses the screen Lava: warm blobs drifting upward, soft and slow Vortex: one great spiral that pulls everything in Rain: threads falling and feathering apart SEVEN PALETTES Frontier teal and gold, Aurora, Sunset, Ocean, Ember, Neon, and Mono. Every mood works with every palette, so the canvas is yours to tune. WRITE INTO THE WATER Type a few words and they bloom in your palette's colours, then the current carries them away. Hold them and the water keeps them readable while it softens the edges. Turn on the clock and the time itself drifts by each minute. YOUR PHOTOS, PAINTED IN WATER Pick a photo and stir, and every swirl paints a little more of it into the water. Or splash the whole photo in at once and let it live there. Your photo stays on your device. It only leaves if you choose to send it, as a snapshot or tucked inside a living design you share. TWO QUIET GAMES, PLUS ONE FOR EVERYONE Ember run: stir the currents to carry a glowing ember through six rings, against the clock. Bubble pop: a few bubbles drift up at their own pace. Pop them with a slow current, for as long as you like. No clock, no score to chase. Daily ember: the same six rings for every player in the world, once a day. Keep your streak, share your time as a beautiful card. All of them ride the real physics. The water itself is the controller. CAPTURE AND POST Record up to thirty seconds of your water as a video, or take a snapshot, and share it straight from the app. Your designs also travel as a QR code friends can scan. SOUND MODE Turn it on and the water moves with your music: glow swells with the bass, bursts hit the beat. It listens live and never records or stores a thing. MAKE IT YOURS, THEN GIVE IT AWAY Sliders for drift, glow, swirl, fade, calm, brush, and power. Name a look you love and keep it in My designs. Send a design to a friend with one tap: friends with the app paste a short code and your exact water flows on their screen, friends without the app get a little file that plays in any browser, and on a computer a free wallpaper app can run it as a living desktop.
