Some photos are just photos. Others have to hold up.
The check-out inspection you'll be asked about in six months. The damage you found before anyone else saw it. The work you covered up, exactly as it was. The condition of a site on the day you were there.
PicAnchor is a camera for those photos.
EVERY PHOTO CARRIES A RECORD
Date, full time and a unique reference code are always stamped onto the photo, with the PicAnchor mark. That's the proof, whatever else you switch off.
The rest is context you choose:
- GPS coordinates and the street address
- Your name and your company
- A note
Time is checked against network time, not just your phone's clock.
CHECKED THE MOMENT YOU TAKE IT
PicAnchor takes a fingerprint of every photo and checks it straight away. If anything went wrong saving it, you're told there and then - while you can still take it again. Most camera apps can't tell you whether a photo saved properly. This one won't claim it did unless it's certain.
Each photo's fingerprint and time are registered, so anyone holding the photo or its report can check its code later. The photo itself isn't sent anywhere for that.
ON YOUR OWN
No account needed. Your photos stay on your phone, and if a detail isn't on the stamp, PicAnchor doesn't keep it.
WITH A TEAM
Set up a company and invite workers with a code. Set one stamp for everyone - layout, fields, language and your logo - locked on every worker's phone. Company photos upload to your company, and workers are told so before their first one. As admin, see the whole team's photos in one gallery, filter by worker, and open any photo full-screen, even offline. Workers see only their own.
REPORTS THAT HOLD UP
Turn any selection into a PDF report: every photo with its time, address, coordinates, who took it, its verification status and a code that can be checked online.
