HazirTest is an optical answer sheet reader (OMR) for teachers: it reads exam answer sheets with your phone camera and grades them in seconds. No expensive optical reader machine needed: print the sheets yourself, read them with your phone, get the results instantly. Reading and grading happen on your device — it works with no internet connection.
Try it without an account: create, print and read answer sheets without signing up.
YOUR OWN ANSWER SHEETS
• The number of questions, the number of choices and the column layout are yours to set; add student number and test number fields
• Print the sheet as a PDF or share it; creating sheets never uses up your allowance
• Shuffled booklets (A, B, C, D): question and choice order is shuffled, and the correct key is applied automatically from each student's booklet code
READING WITH YOUR PHONE
• Read live with the camera, from a photo in your gallery, or in bulk from a PDF
• The reading is shown for review on screen; a misread mark can be fixed by hand
• Results can be read aloud (name + score)
PRACTICE EXAM READING
• Read multi-section practice exam sheets designed in the desktop app with your phone
• The QR code identifies the sheet; correct, wrong, net and score are calculated per subject instantly, with PDF reports
REPORTS
• Class results, item analysis, class and individual learning outcome breakdowns, report cards, historical comparison, outcome progress report
• Share a report card as a PDF, or send it to the parent by email or WhatsApp
• Follow each student's progress across all exams with charts
CLASS AND STUDENT LISTS
• One-tap import from an Excel (.xlsx) file or from Turkey's e-Okul grade sheet PDF
ACCOUNT AND BACKUP
• Sign in with email, Apple or Google
• When you sign in, your data is backed up under your own account and synced across your devices
• Answer sheet photos are never uploaded to any server; without an account, no data leaves your device
BETTER WITH THE DESKTOP APP
• Free desktop application for Windows, macOS and Pardus
• Build exams from your question bank with the exam wizard, generate A/B/C/D booklets with questions and choices shuffled, export them as Word documents and PDF answer sheets, and design practice exam sheets
• Import questions from scanned documents with OCR
• Same account, same license: exams, booklets, classes, students, courses and scan results sync automatically between the two apps
• Sign in on a classroom smart board without typing a password — just scan the QR code with your phone
• Download it free from www.hazirtest.com
FREE USAGE AND SUBSCRIPTION
Free usage has no limit on the number of questions and includes every feature; only a monthly reading allowance applies, and it is tied to the device. For more readings, yearly subscription plans are offered inside the app. If your institution has a HazirTest school license, you can activate the full version with your school code.
