Hear the clock The opening count is now five beats instead of three, and you hear every one of them. Each question ticks over its last three seconds too, with a haptic on the beat, so the end of the window arrives in your hand rather than only on screen. Not for everyone: Settings has a switch to turn the timer sounds off.

Version 1.5 shipped with a broken connection to the daily question service, so the app was showing placeholder questions instead of the real daily ten. This update restores it: today's questions, the music and photo rounds, and the weekly leaderboard are all back. Sorry about that.

The picture pulls back Photo questions now open as a tight close-up and zoom out as the clock runs. Recognize the detail and answer early for full points, or wait for the whole picture and settle for less. Certainty has a price now. Also in this update: category labels for Mythology, Language, and Games, and the game is now playable in any browser at whami.app - same daily ten, same leaderboard.

Name that tune Questions 8, 9 and 10 are now a media round. Two songs and a photograph, every day. Listen to the clip, name the artist before the timer runs out, and see the album art you were listening to. Your shared results show the music round on its own line, so everyone knows exactly which ones you got.

Pick up where you left off Leave mid-game and WHAMI remembers exactly where you were. Take the call, switch apps, close it entirely - come back and your run resumes on the same question with the same score. No more losing a day to an interruption, and no replaying questions you have already seen.

Daily reminders Never lose a streak to a busy day. Turn on reminders and WHAMI will nudge you when the new questions drop, and again before the day runs out. Choose your own times in Settings, or switch either one off. Your weekly score adds up properly Every day you play now stacks into a single leaderboard entry, the way it always should have. Scores from earlier in the week are back where they belong.
