Compose the canvas. Scrim arranges your chosen windows into one clean composite, side by side. Share Scrim. In Zoom, Meet, or Teams, share the "Scrim — Composite" window. Your call sees only what you composed. WHY SCRIM Surgical privacy: You decide what reaches the call, window by window. Accidental reveals are impossible. Window compositing: Combine any windows (browser, simulator, design file, terminal) into one canvas. No more fragile single-window shares that break on pop-ups. Live annotation: Sketch, arrow, and highlight directly on the composite while you talk. No app switching. Notification firewall: Slack pings and iMessages pop up on your screen, never on the shared canvas. Presenter HUD: Always know exactly what you're sharing, with per-window controls one hover away. macOS native: Built on AppKit and ScreenCaptureKit, sandboxed, light on your battery. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Scrim never records, uploads, or transmits your screen. The composite stays on your Mac — no servers, no analytics, no tracking, no network access at all. The only permission it requests is Screen Recording, which macOS asks you for directly.
