Hold for a quick note, drag to lock for a long one. Widget, Action button, Lock Screen — recording is always one touch away. Drop a marker while you talk and come back to it with a single tap. A TRANSCRIPT THAT STAYS YOURS On newer iPhones the transcript is written on the device itself — the audio never has to leave your phone. It's an immutable original: never overwritten, never lost, never quietly "improved". During playback the word you hear lights up, and tapping the text jumps to that moment. AI OUTPUTS FROM TEMPLATES Turn one recording into several views: a general summary, meeting minutes with tasks and deadlines, site supervision notes, a sales meeting recap, a health note, or a journal of food, training and sleep. Advanced audio analysis picks up speakers, tone and surroundings. Edit outputs or create them again — the original never changes. YOU DECIDE ABOUT YOUR DATA You choose separately what goes to the servers (transcript / audio) and what AI may process — permanently in Settings, or just for one recording. The app draws the data path for you and the "Where my data is" screen says exactly what sits where: stored in the EU (Frankfurt), AI processing in the EU (Netherlands), no training of models on your data.
