Open and close your shop Start the day with an Open shop button. When you close, count the cash and see your totals straight away, print a summary slip, and look it up later in reports. Owner alerts Choose which alerts you receive, such as cancelled bills, edited bills and cash drawer openings. Tables Customer scan orders and staff entries now share one bill, tables can be moved in every mode, and you can see at a glance which tables are occupied. Scan to order at the counter Customers can choose to pay by cash or transfer, and confirming a cash payment records the bill for you. Promotions Promotions can apply automatically when the cart qualifies, with a minimum spend or required items. Products and expenses Add many products at once, choose which options allow a quantity, and copy expenses from another day. Customer menu Close ordering for today and reopen automatically tomorrow, or keep it closed until you open it again. Reports Sales by staff now shows cancelled bills and cash drawer openings per person, plus an hourly sales chart. Barcode scanning Use a barcode scanner or your phone camera. Scan and the item goes straight into the cart. It also works when adding products and counting stock. Cash drawer Connect it to your receipt printer and it opens by itself every time you take cash. You can look back at when it was opened, by whom, and why. Printers reconnect on their own Open the app and your printer is ready. No pairing it again every time. All the connection steps are now in one place. Ask customers for an address Shops that deliver can ask for an address after the phone number. Turn it on or off whenever you like. Expenses ahead of time Record an expense before it is due, kept separate from this month's total. Changing a product cost Choose whether past bills should follow the new cost. Order alerts that keep ringing until answered Orders and staff calls that nobody has picked up repeat until you open the app, and now reach your device even when the app is closed. If you manage more than one shop, you no longer hear alerts from the other one. Manage tables from a single screen Tables are now a tab inside the held bills screen. You can move a bill to another table, and picking a table fills in the bill name for you. Customer scan-to-order menu Choose from 17 colour sets, with a redesigned cover image and logo, a category bar that sticks to the top while scrolling, and customers see it for themselves when you close their bill. Printers The test print is now your shop's real receipt, order tickets have three text sizes to choose from, and table QR signs print larger and easier to read. Product options Required option groups can now have a default, and opening the edit form no longer clears what you set. Reports The Excel export splits bills paid by mixed payment into two rows, divided by the cash and transfer amounts.
