BoomSched is the unofficial crew companion for UK festivals. Star the sets you want, swap a QR code with your mates, and everything folds into one timeline: what you're all doing together, who's wandering off, and exactly where the crew is about to lose each other.
TWO FESTIVALS, ONE APP
• Boomtown Chapter Five: Radical Redesign — Matterley Estate, 12–16 August 2026. The full released timetable: 1,750 sets across 70 venues and all five days. • Reading Festival 2026 — Little John's Farm, 28–30 August. Main Stage, The Chevron, Festival Republic and Radio 1 Dance, with the Alternative and Aux stages listed as announced but not yet timetabled. • Switch festivals from the Lineup tab. Each one keeps its own stars, ratings, crews and day plans — nothing merges, nothing is lost, and a festival that's been and gone stays in the app as a souvenir.
BUILT FOR A FIELD WITH NO SIGNAL
A festival is the worst possible network environment, so the whole crew feature works with no account, no sign-up and no connection. Your picks ride inside a QR code or share link, and your mate's phone merges them locally. Nothing to go down at the worst moment.
HONEST ABOUT THE TIMETABLE
• Boomtown is the released timetable exactly as published — the headline stages, every district venue and soundsystem, and the talks, workshops and circus programming • Reading's set times are provisional, assembled from the announced line-up; the official stage times land in the app as soon as the festival publishes them • Where a finish time isn't published it's inferred and labelled "possible", never asserted • Venues a festival has announced but not timetabled are named as exactly that, rather than padded out with invented slots • Filter by day and stage, search by artist, stage or genre • Around 570 Boomtown artist bios ship inside the app and read offline; where a festival hasn't published a bio for an act, the app shows the set without inventing one
YOUR SCHEDULE
• Star sets, then rate them: could see, might see, must see • Clash detection between your picks — including "possible" clashes where a finish time is estimated • The gaps between sets, so you know when you can eat
YOUR CREW
• Together: what you're all doing — unanimous picks first • Everything: the full merged timeline, with who's going to each set • Splits: where the crew gets separated — overlapping sets, different stages, different people • Day plan: each morning, huddle round one phone, walk the day's picks, settle each split (everyone one way, split up, or first half of one set then the second half of the other), add the stops the lineup doesn't know about, and lock it in. The plan travels to every phone, and the newest lock-in wins.
SHARING, YOUR WAY

- Crews belong to one festival, so a code only ever merges into the schedule it was made for
- When there's signal, crews stay in sync automatically; when there isn't, the QR rails carry everything
Your data stays yours: no account, no sign-up, and nothing leaves your phone unless you share a code or join a crew.
BoomSched is a fan-made app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Boomtown Fair Ltd, Festival Republic Ltd or any other festival or organiser whose programme it lists. Set times and artist bios come from each festival's own public listings — Boomtown's as mirrored by the community Clashfinder, Reading's from its announced line-up until official times are published.
