Neato is the food log you don’t have to type into.
Point the camera at your plate and Neato reads it — what it is, the calories, the protein, carbs, and fat. It reads more than plates: a menu across the table, a barcode on a bottle, the treadmill’s screen, your watch’s workout summary, even a mirror shot for body-fat tracking. If you can photograph it, Neato can log it.
YOUR WHOLE DAY, ONE SCREEN
Today opens with the three numbers that matter — to eat, to burn, to lose — and every meal, workout, weigh-in, and coach note in one timeline underneath. Swipe the dashboard sideways and the other views come to you: food macros, the exercise week, the weight chart, the coach’s scorecard.
BARCODES MEAN EXACT
Get the barcode in the frame and Neato pulls the product’s own label — exact name, exact calories and macros, straight from the nutrition database. No barcode in sight? The photo estimate works on its own.
WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH
Turn it on and Neato reads your Active Energy, workouts, and weigh-ins, so the calorie math uses what your devices measured instead of formulas. Meals you log write back to Health — and update or disappear when you edit or delete them.
A COACH WHO READS YOUR WEEK
Each week the coach reviews your actual numbers and tells you what’s working and what to change. Give it a personality in Settings — drill sergeant, zen master, sarcastic butler — and the review arrives in that voice. The numbers stay honest; only the delivery changes.
GOALS THAT WORK BACKWARD
Pick a finish date and Neato works out the daily calories that get you there — or name the calories you can live with and it tells you the date. Then it checks its own math against your real weigh-ins and quietly corrects as evidence arrives.
ONE PRESS FROM THE LOCK SCREEN
Add the Neato control to your Lock Screen or Action Button and the camera is one press away.
AND THE QUIET PARTS
Passkey sign-in, works offline, syncs across your devices, and any meal can become a link for the group chat. Your health data is never sold and never used for advertising — and Apple Health data never leaves your own diary.

Neato is free to use. The optional Neato Plus auto-renewable subscription unlocks unlimited AI: $4.99/month or $29.99/year, each with a 30-day free trial (once per Apple ID). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings.
