TintMix Paint Lab is an offline-first color mixing and coverage workbench for DIY painters, renovators, and interior decorators. It turns room measurements, sheen choices, and color goals into a clear shopping list—no account, no internet, no guesswork. Measure wall-by-wall with the surface wizard. Enter each wall’s width and height, mark windows, doors, trim, and ceiling, and get a live room summary that separates wall, ceiling, and trim surfaces. Then choose a sheen matched to your room and surface, and TintMix applies the correct coverage rate from its bundled table. Need exact quantities? Set the number of coats and waste percentage, pick available can sizes and prices, and see the least-waste, least-cost can combination with a Charts breakdown. The estimator calculates liters needed for every surface type. Turn any color into a repeatable recipe. Import a photo, tap any point, and the app finds the nearest base-plus-colorant formula with a ΔE match score. Refine the mix in the color recipe lab—adjust base paint, can quantity, and colorant drops while watching the swatch update live. The app warns when a ratio exceeds the can’s tint capacity, so you never over-tint. Save custom mixes to the swatch shelf, preview them in light and dark, compare side by side, and group by room. Scale any recipe between 1L, 2.5L, 5L, or 10L cans—drops and totals recalculate automatically. When you’re ready, export a printer-friendly PDF mix card with the color block, base code, drop formula, per-coat quantity, and mixing steps. All data lives on-device with SwiftData, and all coverage and colorant tables are bundled complete.
