Log food, training and what you take in one place, then ask about it in plain words. Saved meals, any unit, 19 activities and 49 animated stretches. Vitals is a subscription app. A subscription is required to use it, and it unlocks all of it. The first week is free for new subscribers, and there is nothing else to buy. It is one place for what you eat, what you lift, how you move, and what you take. FOOD Log a meal by describing it, saying it, scanning a barcode or taking a photo. It logs itself, vitamins too. One tap fixes a wrong name. Barcode scans show traffic lights, nutrients and a one-line summary from the label. - 23 vitamins and minerals scored against published reference intakes - Targets that move with your age and sex - Fibre, sugar, sodium and potassium alongside protein, carbs and fat - A whole-day view that shows where the gaps are - Cook a batch, weigh it, and every plate is worked out from your scale - Saved meals: scan several barcodes in a row, save the meal, log it again any day - Amounts in any unit, remembered for each food - Fasting plans - Check-ins that show patterns in your food TRAINING - 308 exercises, each with instructions, coaching cues and a muscle chart - 6 ready-made routines, or build your own, with a chart of what each session trains and misses - A muscle balance chart that shows what your training leaves behind - 128 stretches, 49 animated, with a routine builder and a guided player - Last time's numbers wait when you repeat a session MOVING AND RECOVERY - A daily steps goal, 10,000 to start, with a streak for the days you hit it - Walks with a weighted vest, backpack or ankle weights, on road, trail, sand or hills - 19 activities to log, from runs and rides to boxing, yoga, climbing and tennis - Recovery and sleep from Apple Health YOUR NUMBERS Your burn is estimated from your body and your training, then corrected against what your weight does over four weeks. Deficits are capped, calories have a floor, and it tells you plainly when you are eating too little to train on. WHAT YOU TAKE Keep a list of what you take and when, and tick doses off on the Stack timeline as the day goes. Anything with a known vitamin or mineral content counts toward your day. For anything mixed from a powder, it counts what is left in the vial and when you need another. A stock counter: it does not work out doses or recommend anything. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN - Home and lock screen widgets: add water, log a favorite food or tick off a dose - 13 themes, plus one you make yourself - At most 5 reminders a day, plus doses you set and meals you send. One switch turns them all off WHAT VITALS DOES NOT DO No adverts. No selling your data. No account, no sign-up, no password. Your food, weight, workouts and list are stored only on your phone. No pricing tricks: no weekly plan, no price that changes with your answers. Works in airplane mode, except AI, new barcodes, research and weather. Privacy receipt, every network call in plain words: https://vitalsfitness.app/privacy-receipt AI FEATURES AI reads a meal you type, say or photograph, saved meals, food and supplement labels, a workout screenshot, a claim or research topic, and questions about your own logs. They share 120 actions a month; a meal with several photos uses more than one. Everything else is unlimited. IMPORTANT Vitals is an information and logging tool. It is not medical advice, and it does not diagnose, treat or prevent anything. Talk to a doctor before changing what you eat or what you take, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or being treated for anything. Reference intakes shown are the United States values and differ elsewhere. SUBSCRIPTION Vitals Pro is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year, with the first week free for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when the free week ends. It renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Scanning fixes. Diet sodas, water and other zero-calorie drinks now scan and log. A single can, bottle or bar uses its own size as one serving. Products whose database entry has the label's numbers in the wrong place, like many beef sticks, now log what the label says. A product with no serving size on file asks you to photograph the label instead of logging 100 g. Photograph a label once and that product scans right from then on. Drinks show their caffeine, and it counts toward your day. High-protein snacks are rated fairly. Renaming a routine keeps it on your schedule. Workout recaps show extra reps at the same weight.
