Community is here: read, support and share short posts with peers walking the same road. Opt-in, under a display name you choose, text only, and quiet by design — every post can be reported, muted or blocked, and there are no direct messages. Choose which Community notifications reach you in its Settings.

• When there is more than one thing you want to be free from, each one now keeps its own walk — a slip in one does not break the others • Each walk’s start date can be set on its own, in Settings • The prepared hour — a quiet word shortly before the hour you set, reminding you of your own plan (Plus) • A home screen widget, and a Live Activity while you wait for a peer • A reminder shortly before the gathering hour • Invitations — hand someone a one-time code and Plus applies to both of you for a while • A single page on Sunday morning, looking back over the week • Your own photo can now be the backdrop (Plus) • Urge records now carry the strength before and after, and you can see the hours your records cluster in (Plus) • After you answer someone, you can see that it reached them • The counts on Progress now say what they actually are

Your walk, your journal and your Plan are now open to everyone. Several things to be free from, not just one. And the app tells you how many peers are standing by right now.
