Dirty Hand is a touch-first pixel-art arcade game about clearing colourful fictional microbes before each surface is overrun.
Your base app purchase includes the complete Dirty Hand campaign. Scrub across eight escalating stages, interrupt warning rings before colonies split, build score combos and use timed Alcohol and Chlorhex boosts before the Ultra-MRSA finale.
Two optional one-time campaign packs add different systems. Prices are shown in the App Store for your storefront:
Dirty Tooth
Clean four evolving tooth shapes while meals and drinks trigger fresh setbacks. Use one tactical Floss sweep per stage and finish with the Cavity Core encounter.
Dirty Foot
Manage moisture across four foot regions, sequence Water, Soap and Foot Scrub against armoured fungi, respond to sock and environmental hazards, use Towel Snap and face Mycelium Prime.
