Imagecation: Photo Spot Finder
Golden hour & sunset locations
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Every photo spot on Earth, yours to keep. Buy World once or one continent at a time, and stand exactly where the shot works in tonight's golden hour.
Stand exactly where the photo was taken.
Imagecation maps 236,411 photo spots across 193 countries and 52 territories. Each spot is an exact coordinate someone already shot from. Not the landmark's front door. The place the shot works from.
FIND THE ANGLE
Open the map anywhere on Earth. Every spot is a place to stand, sized by how many images came from it. 146,514 spots carry the direction to face, so you know where to point the camera before you arrive.
SHOOT IN THE RIGHT LIGHT
Golden hour and blue hour are computed fresh for today, wherever you are. See when tonight's light is right, and whether the sun will be behind you.
EVERY WAY TO SHOOT IT
Big landmarks come with every angle the crowd found. The Eiffel Tower alone has 127 standing positions, ranked by how many images came from each one.
MADE FOR YOUR FEED
Filter for the spots where phones do the shooting, browse by what you want to post, and get walked to the exact position inside the app, turn by turn.
PLAN THE TRIP
See which months a place is at its best, from when people actually shot there. Save spots and they line up as a day, ordered by light.
World unlocks every spot in every country, and each continent unlocks its own. Buy once and keep it, with the hours, the months and the direction to face.
