Fiber now counts. Your daily fiber goal sits beside calories, protein, carbs and fat — on the Today card, in the diary with its own progress bar, and on every food you log. Set the goal yourself, or let your coach work it out from your calories. The meal planner aims for it, photo logging estimates it, and your coach speaks up when a week runs low. Custom foods keep their fiber too.

Logging heavy sets is no longer a marathon of taps. Tap any weight or rep number to type it straight in, hold + or − to run through a big jump, and the sets below pick up the weight you just entered so you only enter it once. Every set stays editable on its own, so drop sets and warm-up weights survive untouched.
