Just point it at a folder. ReceiptDesk turns receipt images and PDFs into a clean table. Scanning and editing are free — only exporting needs the one-time purchase. ReceiptDesk is a native macOS tool that reads a whole folder of receipts and turns them into structured, ready-to-file data. Cut hours off expense reports and tax-season paperwork. ■ Point at a folder, click once Choose a folder of images (JPEG / PNG / HEIC / TIFF) or PDFs and scan them all at once. Each PDF page is handled as its own receipt. ■ AI extracts the fields for you Apple's on-device intelligence and Vision OCR read the date, vendor, description, amount, tax and rate automatically — correctly telling a total apart from the change due. On older Macs it falls back to a built-in parser so it always works. ■ Review and fix in place Results land in an editable table. Click any cell to correct a misread; rows that need attention are highlighted. ■ Export your way CSV (UTF-8 with BOM, no Excel mojibake), TXT, PDF, and Excel (.xlsx). Choose which columns to include, rename them, and reorder freely. ■ Fully offline, privacy first Everything runs on your Mac. Your receipts and data never leave the device.
